Exchange Policy
At Safarti Fit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the size does not fit or you wish to exchange an item for any reason, we offer an easy exchange process under certain conditions. To request an exchange, you must contact us within seven days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, you are required to ship the product back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange and send the replacement item. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer you an alternative product or a store credit.
Sale items, discounted products, and custom orders are not eligible for exchange. We also do not offer exchanges on items purchased during special promotions unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. In case of defective or damaged products, you must notify us within forty-eight hours of receiving the parcel by emailing us at support@safartifit.com along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to us and receiving the exchanged item. Exchanges are processed only after we receive the returned product in satisfactory condition.
