Delivery Policy
At Safarti Fit, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. We offer both domestic and international shipping to many countries around the world. Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order promptly. Processing time usually takes two to five business days, depending on the availability of the items and order volume. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time depends on your shipping location. Orders within Pakistan generally take between three to seven business days after processing. For international deliveries, the estimated shipping time is usually ten to twenty business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier services. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Safarti Fit is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the laws of your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost. Safarti Fit is not liable for any customs-related delays or charges.
In the case of a lost or missing package, we will assist you in tracking the shipment, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
