We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must contact us within seven days of receiving your order to request a return. Once we approve your return request, you must ship the product back to us within ten days. The shipping cost for returning the product is your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is rejected due to damage, wear, or missing packaging, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returns on sale items, discounted products, or items purchased during promotions unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In case you receive a defective or damaged item, you must inform us within forty-eight hours of delivery by emailing us at support@safartifit.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you the option of a replacement, exchange, or refund.

We do not offer refunds for delays in delivery caused by customs processes, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, especially for international shipments. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from customs or courier services, we can reship it upon payment of additional shipping fees.
